What is our Ladies Strength + Wellbeing program?

Would you like to stronger, more capable, more consistent, and truly supported along the way? If so, we can help! Our Ladies Strength + Wellbeing program provides a supportive, small group coaching experience designed to help women build physical strength, grow their confidence in the gym, and create sustainable habits that support both body and mind.

Our Ladies Strength + Wellbeing program comprises small group (max. 6 ladies) coach-led strength and flexibility sessions, suitable for all fitness levels with no previous gym experience required. Each session is designed to help you understand your body better, feel empowered in your training, and create realistic habits that fit into real life - not just short-term fixes!

Sessions take place at the following times, with Personal Trainer and Nutritionist Vicky:

  • Monday 7.30-8.30pm

  • Wednesday 1-2pm

  • Friday 12-1pm

And at the following times with Personal Trainer, Lorna:

  • Thursday 6.30-7.30pm (NEW CLASS - starts Thursday 5th March)

  • Sunday 10.30-11.30am (NEW CLASS - starts Sunday 8th March)

Ladies can attend one or two classes per week, and lifestyle and nutrition guidance will also be provided.

As part of our Ladies Strength + Wellbeing program, you will get:

  • Coach-led and level-appropriate strength and flexibility movements designed to improve overall strength, body composition and self-confidence;

  • Small group of like-minded women for community and accountability, supporting each other every step of the way (max. 6 ladies per session);

  • A safe and welcoming environment in our small Personal Training studio gym;

  • Regular Goal Review sessions with optional InBody Body Composition Scan;

  • Educational lifestyle and nutrition resources to help you thrive.


What Is The Cost?

You can access all of the above support for just £82.50 / month for one Aristos Strength + Wellbeing session per week or £165 / month for two sessions per week, along with Goal Review sessions, and lifestyle / nutrition guidance. We highly recommend committing to two sessions per week for optimal results.
