Aristos Coach, Nutritionist and mum to Sophie, Vicky joined Aristos Fitness in 2016 and hasn’t looked back! Having been through a weight loss journey of her own, Vicky is passionate about using her knowledge and experience to help others. She competed in her first CrossFit competition at the SFN Scottish Throwdown in 2017, and is now a qualified Personal Trainer, Nutritionist, Menopause Coach and Pre / Postnatal Specialist.

Here is Vicky’s health and fitness story…

“I joined Aristos Fitness in 2016 as a member and after a few years training at Aristos, I decided to change careers to become a nutritionist and personal trainer in 2020. I’ve worked here for the past few years helping clients to build strength, confidence, and long-term healthy habits.

As a Level 3 Personal Trainer, Pre- & Postnatal Specialist and Menopause Coach, I specialise in supporting women through every stage of life. I work with women of all ages and stages of life, from pregnancy and postpartum recovery to coping with the physical and hormonal changes of menopause, providing expert guidance tailored to each individual’s needs.

I am also a mum to my daughter, Sophie, who is 14; therefore I understand the demands of balancing family life, work, and personal wellbeing.  In addition, I have gone through my own fat loss journey. This personal experience allows me to coach with empathy and an understanding of the challenges many women face.

I work with clients both in person and remotely, offering flexible coaching options to suit different lifestyles and commitments. 

My approach focuses on education, autonomy, and sustainable progress. I’m passionate about creating a supportive environment where clients feel strong, capable, and confident in their bodies; no matter their starting point.

Health and fitness is my passion and it was my own weight loss journey that inspired me to pursue my dream of becoming a Nutritionist, Coach and Personal Trainer so I can help others to achieve their goals.”
