Men’s Strength
Would you like to improve your strength, feel more confident and train in a small group environment (max. 6 men) under the guidance of one of our Aristos Personal Trainers? If so, our Men’s Strength sessions could be for you!
These coach-led strength sessions aim to improve your overall strength with exercises suitable for all strength / fitness strength levels. No previous gym experience is required.
Our Men’s Strength sessions take place in our personal training gym at Aristos Fitness in Stewarton, every Tuesday from 6.30-7.30pm (starting Tuesday 4th August)!
