What is Aristos Group Training?
From Monday 18th May, our Aristos Group training program will include four different class options to suit a variety of strength, fitness and health goals, and keep your gym sessions fun:

Get strong, toned and build muscle through hypertrophy training mixed with functional strength!
Using a combination of barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, and bodyweight movements, our Functional Strength sessions develop balance, coordination, and overall strength in a fun, coach-led environment.
Accessible to a wide range of fitness levels, these classes blend traditional strength training with functional fitness principles - so the strength you build translates directly into real-life movement.
You’ll experience a wide variety of exercises and intensities designed to target the full-strength spectrum: power, maximal strength, and muscular endurance.
If you want to look strong - and perform well in the real world - these classes are for you.

Build a well-rounded fitness foundation by combining strength and conditioning – perfect for those who want to be ready for anything life throws their way.
For those who want to get stronger, fitter and increase body confidence; this well-rounded Hybrid program builds your capacity to perform - both in sport and in everyday life.
Blending functional training with sustainable intensity, these classes are designed for people who want to keep gym sessions fun and varied, in a coach-led group environment.
Combining strength, endurance and mobility, the Functional Fitness & Performance program is delivered across two tracks:
(i) Fitness
Prioritises balanced strength using dumbbells and kettlebells, alongside conditioning through low-skill, mixed-modality workouts. Recommended for the yellow, orange, and blue levels of our roadmap.
(ii) Performance
Features technical strength work and high skill bodyweight movements. Recommended for the purple and black levels of our roadmap.

Our Sweat classes are perfect for those looking to energise their day and keep fitness fun, through mixed-modality training, interval work and fitness race conditioning (i.e. Hyrox-style training).
For the days when you just want to show up, switch off, and turn up the music, this program delivers. Built around low-skill, high-intensity conditioning, our Sweat classes are designed to boost your cardiovascular fitness and work capacity.
Sessions are varied, combining multiple training modalities - from sleds, dumbbells, and kettlebells to strongman-inspired odd objects - alongside traditional cardio like rowing, running, biking, and the ski erg.
Consider this program essential if you’re preparing for a fitness race, be it Hyrox, Spartan Race or Tough Mudder!

Build strength and cardiovascular fitness whilst improving joint health, increasing range of motion and enhancing overall function – perfect for those looking to live better for longer!
By combining targeted strength and stability training with sustainable aerobic conditioning, the Longevity program is designed to enhance your quality of life - helping you keep doing what you love, both in and out with the gym.
Sessions are delivered at a moderate intensity, with a strong focus on form, recovery, and consistency. This approach supports improved energy levels, posture, metabolic health, and everyday movement.
Adaptable for all fitness levels, the program is particularly well suited to those over the age of 50. The safe, progressive methodology helps maintain muscle mass, increase bone density, and improve joint stability.
By prioritising sustainability and technique over intensity and burnout, you’ll not only build strength - you’ll move better, feel more capable, and stay active for the long term.
All of our classes are coach-led and structured to cater for a vast array of strength and fitness levels; from beginner to advanced (max. 12 people per class).
We also offer a variety of different ‘Kickstart’ options prior to joining our Group sessions, to ensure that everyone feels confident and comfortable with the movements / training environment regardless of fitness level and previous gym experience.
Our Aristos Group classes can be accessed through the following membership options: 24 sessions per month, 14 sessions per month, 9 sessions per month or 5 sessions per month; and can be combined with other programs such as our Group or Nutrition services as part of a Hybrid package (please see below for further details).
