What is Aristos Group Training?
The Aristos Group program combines resistance (weight) training with cardiovascular activities such as running, rowing or biking to promote muscle growth and reduce body fat. All sessions are coach-led and structured to cater for a vast array of fitness levels; from beginner to advanced.
We offer a variety of different ‘Kickstart’ options prior to joining our Group sessions, to ensure that everyone feels confident and comfortable with the movements / training environment regardless of fitness level and previous gym experience.
Our Aristos Group classes can be accessed through the following membership options: 24 sessions per month, 14 sessions per month, 9 sessions per month or 5 sessions per month; and can be combined with other programs such as our Group or Nutrition services as part of a Hybrid package.
