Join our Aristos Group program to get stronger, fitter and receive expert coaching in a fun, supportive environment - all tailored to your fitness level!


What is Aristos Group Training?

Our Aristos Group training program is comprised of three different class options to suit a variety of strength, fitness and health goals, and keep your gym sessions fun:

All of our classes are coach-led and structured to cater for a vast array of strength and fitness levels; from beginner to advanced (max. 12 people per class).

We also offer a variety of different ‘Kickstart’ options prior to joining our Group sessions, to ensure that everyone feels confident and comfortable with the movements / training environment regardless of fitness level and previous gym experience.

Our Aristos Group classes can be accessed through the following membership options: 24 sessions per month, 14 sessions per month, 9 sessions per month or 5 sessions per month; and can be combined with other programs such as our Group or Nutrition services as part of a Hybrid package (please see below for further details).
