Aristos Legends
Aristos Legends is a mobility, strength and fitness program for those with goals of improved health, strength and fitness for longevity and an increased quality of life! Our Legends program is designed to help you regain, maintain and improve your health and wellbeing at every age through our small coach-led sessions, enabling you to continue doing the things you love out-with the gym.
With no minimum standard or previous experience with exercise required, the sessions are perfect whether you are looking to improve or kickstart your health / fitness journey!
What does the Aristos Legends membership include?
Coach-led and age-appropriate mobility, strength and conditioning movements designed to increase quality of life and improve self-confidence;
Small-group of like-minded individuals for community and accountability (max. 10 people per session);
Choose from one, two or three 45-minute sessions per week (please click here to view our class timetable);
1:1 Coach Support to get you started through our Aristos Kickstart program;
Goal Review sessions with optional InBody Body Composition Scan after 30- and 90-days to check you are settling into the program and help keep you on track with your goals both within and out-with the gym.
