Men’s Intro to Strength

Would you like to improve your strength, feel more confident and train in a small group environment (max. 6 men*) under the guidance of one of our Aristos Personal Trainers? If so, our Men’s Intro to Strength sessions could be for you!

These two coach-led strength and conditioning sessions per week aim to improve your overall strength, and with exercises suitable for all fitness / strength levels. No previous gym experience is required.

Sessions take place in our smaller, Aristos Strength facility in Stewarton, on the following days / times:

  • Monday: 7.30-8.30pm

  • Wednesday: 7.30-8.30pm

What Is The Cost?

You can access all of the above support for just £89 / month for two Aristos Strength sessions per week.
