Martial Arts Program
The Martial Arts program helps martial artists build the foundations for their strength development and take their performances to the next level.
From hobbyists to competitors, strength and conditioning is the missing piece to the puzzle and a key component to fulfilling your full potential and to excel in your training. The Martial Arts Program will do just so to increase your power and prolong your endurance and make you the best athlete you can be.
The hour-long sessions will consist of a structured full body strength section, followed by additional conditioning and core sections.

As part of our Martial Arts program, you will get:
Coach-led and level-appropriate mobility, stability and strength movements designed to improve overall strength, body composition and self-confidence;
Small group of like-minded individuals for community and accountability;
Regular Goal Review sessions to discuss your progress and receive guidance on nutrition and lifestyle factors, with optional InBody Body Composition Scan.
What Is The Cost?
You can access all of the above support for just £50 / month for one Martial Arts session per week. You can combine this with any existing Aristos program.
