Aristos Barbell
Weightlifting Classes

 

At Aristos Barbell, we aim to make Weightlifting accessible to anyone who wants to learn, by hosting friendly and inclusive classes, led by our experienced Weightlifting Coaches. If you’re looking to try a fun and challenging sport - or you already have some experience of lifting - these small group classes will provide you with all the coaching and support you need!


Our Aristos Barbell Classes

Whether you’re already a member of Aristos or you just want to join for Weightlifting, you can become a member of Aristos Barbell which includes one structured, coach-led class per week focussed on developing your skills in the Snatch and Clean and Jerk. See below for session times and membership prices.

*Please note that memberships have limited places available so book early to avoid disappointment!

Adults

Thursdays 7.30-8.45pm
Classes commence 21st October
Limited to 8 adults per class
£40 per month
Coached by Sho

Teens

Tuesdays 7.30-8.45pm
Classes commence 19th October
Limited to 10 teens per class
£30 per month
Coached by James

Our Aristos Barbell Membership is billed monthly through our gym sotfware, Wodify.

Sessions run year-round, with reduced hours over the festive period.
