NEW Girls 16-25 yrs

Our NEW Girls 16-25 yrs Strength and Fitness session helps girls feel stronger, fitter and more confident in a small group with other girls of the same age!

This weekly coach-led strength and conditioning session aims to improve overall strength, health, fitness and self-confidence, in a small group (max. 6 girls) and with exercises suitable for all fitness levels. No previous gym experience is required.

The sessions will launch with an 8-week block every Tuesday night from 7.30-8.30pm, starting Tuesday 24th October with Aristos Coach and Personal Trainer, Natalie!
