Would you like to thrive throughout the menopause, increasing your strength and confidence whilst improving some of the physical and emotional symptoms of the menopause? If so, we can help!

We have a variety of programs to support you on your menopausal health and wellbeing journey, including:

  • Aristos Legends (50+ Strength and Conditioning Classes)

  • Personal Training (1:1 or with friends / a partner)

  • Aristos Thrive (Personal Programming and Small Group Personal Training - remote and / or in-person)

What is our Balance Menopause program?

Our Balance Menopause program comprises small group (max. 8 ladies) coach-led strength and flexibility sessions, suitable for all fitness levels with no previous gym experience required.

Sessions take place at the following times, with Coach and Nutritionist Vicky:

  • Monday 7.30-8.30pm

  • Wednesday 12-1pm

  • Friday 12.30-1.30pm

Lifestyle and nutrition guidance in relation to the menopause will also be provided.


As part of our Aristos Balance program, you will get:

  • Coach-led and level-appropriate strength and flexibility movements designed to improve overall strength, body composition and self-confidence;

  • Small group of like-minded individuals for community and accountability (max. 8 ladies per session);

  • Regular Goal Review sessions with optional InBody Body Composition Scan;

  • Educational lifestyle and nutrition resources to help you thrive through the challenges of menopause.


What Is The Cost?

You can access all of the above support for just £70 / month for one Aristos Balance session per week or £95 / month for two sessions per week, along with Goal Review sessions, and menopause lifestyle / nutrition guidance. We highly recommend committing to two sessions per week for optimal results.
