Varrie is a 200hr Yoga Teacher who loves nothing more than sharing her passion for this practice.  Having practiced yoga for over 10 years, she has personally experienced the physical, mental and emotional benefits yoga has to offer, both on and off the mat.

 Varrie brings a spirit of playfulness to her teachings, combining creative sequencing, compassion-centred philosophy and a gentle nature to encourage students to find feel-good movement in their practice. Her intention is to share an authentic, non-cookie cutter approach that invites others to listen to their bodies and find a sense of ease and contentment by moving intuitively, with her guidance.

 Her classes are a blend of thought-provoking meditations, breath-led movement and guided relaxations, combining elements of Vinyasa Flow, Seasonal Yoga and Yin Yoga.
