Return Consultation COVID-19 Reminder
Pre-Consultation
We ask that all clients please wear a facemask to enter and leave the facility for an appointment. Facemasks can be removed once in your treatment room.
Please attend your consultation wearing clean, loose fitting clothing that is suitable to move around in.
Please expect your Physiotherapist to be wearing PPE suitable for our clinical environment. This may include a face covering, disposable apron and gloves. With regards to your own PPE, please feel free to wear whichever you feel necessary to protect yourself. However please be mindful that clinical/surgical grade PPE is intended for use in that environment. We would also ask that disposable gloves ARE NOT WORN into our clinic.
Please sanitise your hands on entry to the clinic. Handwashing facilities will be made available if requested, however toilet facilities may not be available. All of our staff are aware of current guidance on hand hygiene and can be assured that we are practicing this to the highest standard.
Prior to your consultation, your physiotherapist will clean and sanitise all equipment within the room. Our appointment times have been staggered to accommodate this.
During Consultation

After Consultation
Please wear your facemask when leaving the treatment room to exit the facility.
Please sanitise hands and leave immediately via the indicated exit to avoid contact with any incoming gym members / users.
