Mariana is a dedicated physiotherapist who began her professional journey at Red Cross Private University in Lisbon. There, she gained valuable experience in various areas of physiotherapy, including outpatient care, musculoskeletal therapy, cardio-respiratory rehabilitation, neurological disorders, and geriatric care. Mariana is a registered member of both the HCPC and CSP, having previously worked in both musculoskeletal and neurological settings.
Mariana's love for physiotherapy grew from her early days competing in gymnastics and swimming, where she developed a deep interest in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, exercise therapy, sports massage, and manual therapy.
Motivated by a real passion for helping people regain strength, mobility, and overall well-being, Mariana is committed to providing high-quality care to each client. She values the diverse challenges presented by each patient and strives to listen closely to their needs, tailoring treatment plans accordingly to facilitate a pain-free return to daily activities.
Outside of work, Mariana lives a balanced lifestyle, enjoying activities like running, weight training, and cycling to keep herself healthy and happy. She also enjoys spending time with family and friends, going on camping trips, taking her friend's dog for walks, traveling the world, and catching as many sunsets as possible!
