At Aristos Physiotherapy we are passionate about helping people to surpass their pre-injury levels of function and / or performance. Our team of Physiotherapists and Trainers are on hand to guide you every step of the way, through our Aristos Physio-Led Exercise Based Rehab programme. The programme combines access to a fully equipped physiotherapy clinic with strength and conditioning-based rehab coaching within Aristos Fitness, Stewarton, to provide you with the standard of care usually reserved to those competing in professional sports.

We strongly believe that this is how Physiotherapy should look in the modern day world. As a result, we believe that we can help anyone who comes to us with a specific end goal in mind. Our Aristos Exercise Based Rehab programme is perfect for:
Returning to your pre-injury levels of function / performance. This could be everything from playing with the kids, gardening, returning to work, hobbies and sports. You tell us your end goal and we will devise the plan to get you there.
Rehabilitation following surgery of any kind. If you recently had a joint replacement or surgery that's left you with functional limitations, then our Physiotherapists are here to guide your return back to normal life.
Sports Teams / Clubs. If you run a sports team or club, then it’s vital that your athletes get the best possible chance when recovering from injury. Our Aristos Exercise Based Rehab programme is perfect as it provides the level of care usually reserved for professional athletes.
Exercise Based Rehab Session Times
Our Physio-led Exercise Based Rehab sessions take place at the following times:
Mondays from 7.30-8.30pm
Tuesdays from 7.30-8.30pm
Wednesdays from 7.30-8.30pm
Thursdays from 12noon-1pm
Aristos Physio-led Exercise Based Rehab Team
Ryan is a Chartered Physiotherapist and UKSCA Accredited Strength & Conditioning Coach. He worked in professional football as a Physiotherapist at Kilmarnock Football Club in Scotland from 2017-2021. He left his role as First Team Physiotherapist in July 2021 to focus on developing Ayrshire’s premier training and rehab facility as owner of Aristos Physiotherapy and ID.
Alan is a Chartered Physiotherapist with a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy from Robert Gordon University, as well as a BSc in Sport Science from the Technological University of Dublin. He specialises in musculoskeletal physiotherapy and athlete rehabilitation, having worked in professional sport since graduating. Alan is currently First Team Physiotherapist at Kilmarnock Football Club, working with the first team squad to rehab injured players. He previously held a similar role with Partick Thistle Football Club and has experience working with Hibernian Football Club. Although he works with athlete’s day-to-day, he has a broad range of experience treating the general public including people of varying ages and backgrounds.
