Are you an avid golfer? If so, our new personal training group - Fit For Golf, could be for you!
Our aim at Aristos is to provide health and fitness programs which enhance your hobbies and interests out-with the gym. We are therefore delighted to be able to offer an eight-week block of small group personal training sessions, aimed at preparing you to step back on the golf course in the spring and with a group of like-minded individuals.
The sessions will take place on a Tuesday evening from 7.30-8.30pm at Aristos Fitness in Stewarton, with a maximum of 8 spaces for the block and commencing on Tuesday 1st March 2022.

As part of our Aristos Fit For Golf program, you will get:
8 weeks of one 1-hour small group PT sessions per week (every Tuesday from 7.30-8.30pm) with a maximum of 8 people on the program;
Prehab exercises integrated within the program to promote injury prevention for golf;
A focus on developing rotational and core strength;
A 1:1 consultation with a member of our Aristos team to chat about your goals and progress at the beginning and end of the 8-week block;
Two optional InBody Scans (rrp £60) to help measure markers of health, body weight and muscle / fat mass, and ensure you are progressing towards your goals.
