How is the Weightlifting Course structured?

The Aristos Barbell Weightlifting course is a 6 week block of 2 classes per week designed to improve your Olympic Lifting technique. Classes will be capped at a maximum number of 6 participants to allow for more intensive coaching of each individual.
Mondays 7.30-8.30pm: Snatch
Thursdays 7.30-8.30pm: Clean & Jerk


What support will I receive?

All Aristos Barbell Weightlifting participants will receive the following support:

  • 12 structured, progressive weightlifting sessions delivered by British Weightlifting Level 2 Coach (Shona Oldham)

  • Access to a private WhatsApp group chat for advice and feedback from your coach throughout the block.

  • Optional additional programming to complete in open gym based on individual needs.

  • 6 week weightlifting program to continue with when the block comes to an end.



When does it start?

The first block of the Aristos Barbell Weightlifting program will begin on Monday 28th October 2019 at 7.30pm at Aristos Fitness.


What is the cost of the 6 week block? (12 sessions)

CFS members: £90
This payment will be split into 3 to spread the cost. A non-refundable deposit of £30 will be taken at time of booking, with a following 2 payments of £30 in October and November which will be taken via Wodify automatically along with your membership.


How do I sign up?

You can book your spot directly below by paying the first instalment of £30. If you’d like any more information before signing up, you can email Shona (shona@aristosfitness.co.uk) but please note this course sold out within 24 hours last time so therefore book early to avoid disappointment.
